When I returned to Knoxville to rejoin the Lady Vols, the first call I made was to my “Real Estate Coach Bailey”. I told Coach Bailey to find me a good location with good appreciation possibility. When I decided to move to the Pros we put the house on the market and it sold quickly and for a good price. When you need a good “Real Estate Coach” call my friend Coach Bailey.

My relationship with Dick and Sharon began at the Riverclub Community and naturally progressed to the marketing of lots in Gettysvue.... they were valuable members of the Gettysvue team which resulted in a very successful lot and home sales campaign for the community...

I have dealt with Sharon and Dick both on my personal real estate needs and also in the marketing of Promontory Point in downtown Knoxville... Promontory was a new concept when it began and their professional presentations resulted in a successful sellout of the property.
We purchased our home in Westmoreland from Sharon over 20 years ago and when we built our new home we knew we needed her expertise to get our home sold... not only did she advise us, she hired the sub-contractors to get the work done and got the house sold... always full service!

"We have purchased and sold many homes/properties over the years, in at least a half a” dozen states across the country. We’ve seen just about every type of Realtor on both sides of these transactions, and had both positive and very difficult experiences. While we’ve had the pleasure of working with several excellent Realtors in different locales, we have to say none has come close to the positive experience with Sharon Bailey here in Knoxville. When you want an excellent experience, you must go to someone with many years of experience and expertise plus the know-how to get her clients through the process artfully. Particularly, when one has a high-end luxury property, you need experience you can count on.
Sharon works tirelessly to get the deal done and for the right price. She won’t rest until it’s done right. I’ve never seen her grow impatient with the process or try to pressure us in any direction. She just seems to have the right finesse, even when you may hit a rough patch.
While so many of our previous experiences left us feeling overwhelmed and stressed, working with Sharon was truly delightful. She made it seem easy! She has incredible staff as well, that just keep all the information in the process flowing seamlessly.
We really cannot think of enough adequate adjectives to describe both how grateful we were to have had her working for us and how delightful she is to work with. We give her our highest recommendation."

"During the great recession, we listed our home and during a time when we didn’t even ” know if it was possible, Sharon and Dick found the right buyer at the right price. They worked closely with us for the next two years, first finding us a lovely rental home, then assisting us with purchasing a lot, and finally introducing us to a wonderful architect and contractor. When our dream home suddenly became available, Sharon fought for us with patience and temerity. Not only did she close the deal on the home, but she has since sold our lot for too. Sharon’s expertise, insight, and candor have helped us through some difficult decisions, and one thing we know for sure is working with Sharon and Dick will always be the right choice."

The absolute heart of loyalty is to value those people who tell you the truth, not just those people who tell you what you want to hear. In fact, you should value them most. Because they have paid you the compliment of leveling with you and assuming you can handle it. This is why I chose Sharon Bailey and Dick Brower.
