SHARON BAILEY
A native Knoxvillian, Sharon began her real career in 1972 after working in a large real estate company while pursuing her degree at the University of Tennessee. Since that time she has achieved the Knoxville Association of Realtors highest designation each year to include several awards being named top agent of the year in listings and sales. She is the recipient of the highest award at Realty Executives Associates, known as the Pinnacle Award, for the past six years This award denotes the Top Agent income for listings and sales and prior to those years, receiving the Double Diamond award. REA is the largest real estate company in Knoxville and surrounding counties with over 750 agents. DICK BROWER
Dick came to Knoxville to attend the University of Tennessee. After graduation, he completed a four-year tour of active duty in the United States Air Force. Upon returning to Knoxville to join a Sigma Chi fraternity brother in private business, Dick joined the Tennessee Air National Guard and retired after 22 years of service. Dick joined Sharon in the real estate profession in 1984 and has been the recipient of the Association of Realtors “Award of Excellence” each year. He has received numerous awards from Realty Executives International including the “Diamond Award” and the “100% Club” during his thirty-five years in the profession. WRENN SPANN
A native West Knoxvillian and a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Wrenn joined Sharon and Dick in 1997. Wrenn received her Affiliate and Brokers license which enables her to focus primarily on the team’s listings, sales, and closings.
